HQ hosts a visit from Kate Washington MP

Varley Group was delighted to host a visit from Kate Washington MP at our Tomago headquarters today.

Jeff Phillips (Managing Director) and Pierre Sidorow (Business Development Manager) and Jan Dobbie (HR Manager) met with Ms Washington to provide an overview of Varley Group and our diverse capabilities, before conducting a site tour to exhibit some of the projects currently in production.

On the manufacturing line were explosives handling trucks, fire engines, military telescopic air operations towers (TAOT) and shelters, plus the unique new safari bus due for completion in the near future for use at an Australian zoo.

Our sincere thanks extend to Ms Washington and her team for arranging the visit.

All at Varley wish to send sincere congratulations to Dave Aitchison on reaching a remarkable 30 years of service with the company.

Dave is an integral member of the Varley team and has been part of our ongoing growth throughout the past three decades, especially in the power services and PT Varley Indonesia projects.

A company man through and through, Dave continues to go the extra mile to and perform to the highest standard to this day, and everyone at Varley thanks him for his ongoing efforts.

Dave was joined by family and colleagues during a morning tea ceremony held in his honour today, which included a gift and certificate presentation by Jeff Phillips in recognition of Dave's milestone achievement.
